About the Artist

Pacific Form Ceramics was created by San Diego local, Loren Cruz, where her artistry is deeply rooted in her Filipino and Chamorro heritage and the tranquil beauty of San Diego's coastline. Growing up near the Pacific, she was captivated by the way nature tells its stories—through the gentle curves of waves, the textured sand, and the vibrant hues of sunsets. Her work brings these elements to life in handcrafted ceramics, blending functionality with the organic beauty of coastal landscapes. Each piece created is more than just tableware or décor; it’s an extension of her journey. As an artist, she aims to honor both her cultural roots and the community that inspires her.

When she isn’t in the studio creating, Loren enjoys reading, yoga classes, and being outside as much as possible.
